This is just a reminder to our members and prospective members about who may join BPC:
1) We are a REGIONAL SITE. The site was set up for moms in the Carolinas intentionally so that we might have a chance to meet one another.
2) REGIONAL ALUMNI ARE WELCOME. If you have lived in the Carolinas, grew up here and moved, or recently moved away, you are more than welcome to join! As long as you have some connection to this region, we're happy to have you here!
3) EXTENDED REGIONAL MEMBERS WELCOME *IF*...If you were referred to us by a Mommies Network Site in any of the states that border the Carolinas, you are welcome to join.
I'm sorry but we do not accept member applications from moms outside of these parameters. It's not that we wouldn't love to meet you and chat with you, it's that we would like to remain a small regional site.
If you are interested in the BPC brand and would like to set up a sister-site of your own on the same model in your region, please PM me and we can discuss it. We would like our local, regional volunteer management team to be able to participate fully as members, and as such do not want to manage a national site.
